Precise Assessment Services (PAS2050) was founded in 2026 by Elaine Watson following over 30 years managing and owning highly successfully businesses in the energy efficiency business industry.
Precise Assessment Services work tirelessly to access funding for UK homeowners so that they can improve their home at a DISCOUNTED price, or FREE. We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers do not need to pay more than they have to and access all of the funding they are entitled to.
We work with a network of trusted installation partners, providing qualified, installation-ready projects. We manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to a completed home assessment, helping installers focus on delivering quality installations.

what we do
Through the Precise Assessment Services network of canvassers, surveyors , DEAs, RFAs and RCs we generate leads, surveys, retrofit assessments and EPCs which are passed to a range of accredited contractors for surveying, installation, annual bill savings and utility claims.
Our work contributes to the fulfilment of private and public sector schemes across the UK. The outcomes of our work include a reduction in household energy usage, a slow down in the use of finite fuels, a lowering of global emissions and more affordable household fuel bills.
